POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Handling day to day helpdesk operation and first level support
- PC / Notebook setup, internet, server, network & support
- Web software and content deployment
- Perform remote diagnostics and provide resolution to problems logged
- Maintain history log of all issues logged, inquiries and calls with customer’s issues
- Perform testing for new modules, upgrades, enhancements and patches
- Ensuring appropriate process standards are met and maintained
- Accurate documentation of calls and problems
Requirements :
Dip/Adv Dip/Degree in Comp Science/IT or equivalent
Good ICT Troubleshooting skills
Right attitude and good customer service skills
Good spoken and written English skills
Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience, Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
Working experience in computer operations or network support would be an advantage
Able to work on 24x7 shift
Required Languages: Chinese and English
