District Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible in managing a team of sales personnel to achieve the sales budget.
- Manage the interaction between customer and the Company in order to ensure that effective communication is taking place.
- Assist sales personnel to develop and execute proposal to increase the influence and arrangement within a well define customer value proposition.
- Ensure that the sales personnel pursue and close business opportunity.
- Constantly coach, guide, motivate and monitor sales personnel in executing and communicating effectively the Company’s business strategy.
- Responsible in disseminating relevant information to the sales team for effective sales activities.
- Assist the sales team in conducting sales activities such as blitz canvassing, sales penetration and sales closing.
- Responsible in the dissemination of the quality policy of the Company and being understood for implementation by all subordinates.
- Responsible for sales personnel disciplinary and also maintain staff retention.
- Accountable to products sales gross profits. Help sales personnel to achieve better forecast accuracy.
- Have good knowledge to how to formulate good account Management strategic.
- Able to cultivate team work, good business ethnic to the team and develop good sales personnel.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of managing sales teams.
- Candidate with working experience in the Printer / IT / OA industry are highly preferred
- Good communication skills, both oral and written in English.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership qualities.
- IT literate inclination.
- Sound business acumen.
- Right sense of urgency.
- Ability to work under pressure.
