Responsibilities:
- To prepare full sets accounts and financial reports, management accounts, income and expense analysis reports
- To monitor cash flow and petty cash account
- To manage foreign currency exchange
- To prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- To prepare payment to Suppliers
- To prepare invoice to Customers and to follow up on outstanding payment
- To prepare monthly Payroll, PCB, EPF & SOCSO
- To prepare quotation
- To prepare sales contract
Requirements:
- Possess recognised Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification with at least 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity
- Relevant experienced in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
- Familiar with managing foreign currency
- Familiar with accounting procedures & reporting standards of local statutory and tax regulations
- Familiar with UBS Accounting program and Microsoft Applications
- Able to hand full set of accounts independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Possess high level of integrity
- Reliable, mature, analytical, dynamic, independent and self-motivated
- Able to communicate and write in Mandarin
- Available immediately
- Malaysian citizens only.
