Responsibilities:
- FIT operation - to action on service order. Key in data for FIT pax into operation log and to liaise with suppliers for transport arrangement
- Hotel visits - visiting clients at hotel to provide customer service and sell optional tours
- Preparation of welcome kits for FIT clients.
- To assist with GIT ( group ) operations- assist to make transport arrangement and co- ordination for groups to assist to meet up with tour leaders for groups - tour arrangements
- To monitor & update group status on arrival board
- To handle all related matters on group arrangements (Guide's advance/ Operational Cost)
- Responsible for the operation when superior is on leave
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in hospitality, travel or tourism industry or a similar capacity.
- Computer literate and strong organizational and effective communications skills in English.
- High degree of customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Honest with passion for job and exceed client expectations.
