Safety And Health Officer
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

1. To advice the employer or any person in charge of a place of work on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety at the place of work.
2. To inspect the place of work to determine the safety measures of any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used at the place of work.
3. To investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease this has happened at the place of work.
4. To assist the employer, pursuant to regulation 11 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996 in organizing and implementing occupational safety and health programme at place of work.
5. To carry out any other instruction made by the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to safety and health of the place of work.
6. To submit monthly reports pertaining to safety & health activities and issues; and other reports requested by Superior from time to time.
7. To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
8. To carry out any other duty & responsibility assign by Superior or the Company as and when required. 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Must have NIOSH Certification or Green Card.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Property Development or related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Self motivated and able to work independently.
