Service Advisor (Malim Jaya)
Responsibilities :
- Attending to customers needs for servicing and repairing of vehicle.;
- Set customers care standards at the service centre as per dealership standards.;
- Provide advise to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicle.;
- Assist in the achievement of dealership CSI target
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience in automotive service industry.
- Good communication and PR skills.
- Computer literate and good knowledge on workshop system.
- Self motivated, achieve targets and set goals.
- Processes valid driving license.
- Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language/dialects.
