JAVA Application Support Lead
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production support engineers to manage and maintain IT Applications in a work domain.
  • Primary liaison for IT application systems in the production
  • Manage the communication with external business customers
  • Capture IT System issues and advice application development team for system resolution.
  • Plan, monitor and execution of application maintenance schedule
  • Ensure system compliance to the required server and network management policy
  • SLA reporting and ensuring application systems are managed to meet the required SLA
  • Process improvement in relation to system maintenance and operation.
  • Strong analytical skill to understand issues, identify root causes and recommend workaround or resolution to operational issues
  • Demonstrate a strong service oriented attitude with the business and external customers.
  • Actively cultivate and expand relationship with key stakeholders in technical and business
  • Giving greater responsibility to team members through delegation of activities, be clear about what deliverables and outcomes are expected.
  • Taking ownership of issues and be willing to work across organizational boundaries and structures
  • Demonstrating multicultural sensitivity in dealing with others

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With at least 2-3 years in leading a team in production support environment
  • At least 5-7 years experience in in IT application maintenance and production support
  • Should be knowledgeable in production support processes
  • Strong software development experience using core Java.
  • Should have basic UNIX System Administration/Scripting experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates with some background in CRM applications.
  • Having the experience/knowledge to work on full SDLC projects would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-culture environment, cross organizational and structure
  • Sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Production Support experience is MANDATORY
   
Technical Solution Architect - Enterprise Integration GBS-0422867
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

Here, you'll cultivate and use your in-depth knowledge of leading edge products and technology, coupled with your industry and business skills, to influence clients.
  • Designs solutions that comprise end to end enterprise integration. Solutions designed may run on multiple platforms and may be composed of multiple software packages. This role is responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the applications, and maintains the functional interface to the solution infrastructure

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Technical Enterprise Integration
  • English: Fluent
   
Additional information
  • Total IT work experience 5-10 years
  • 3-5 years Experience doing data integration work
  • Architecture work includes areas ESB, Message broker, Webservices, MQ, Security.
  • Worked on 1-2 large integration projects (Regional level integration) as architect
  • Familiar with the concepts of Enterprise Architecture
  • Preferably Banking industry knowledge and industry standards like IFW and IFX
