Business Development Manager
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Manager will manage all business development aspects of Autodesk Horizontal Design (HD) products (AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max Design, AutoCAD Raster Design, Autodesk Alias Design, and Autodesk Design Suite) with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The roles with be focusing on accelerating the sales process through the designated sales tool.
  • The Business Development Manager in acting as a liaison between ACA and its Autodesk Horizontal Design (HD) Channel Partners will be responsible for:
    • Meeting and exceeding the set sales quotas while adhering to ACA’s sales rules of engagement.
    • Manage and be the main point of contact for new prospects; Autodesk Horizontal Design users.
    • Aggressively drive and accelerating the sales process through the designated selling tool to maximize sales.
    • Excellent follow-up system, account management and sales closure
    • Work closely with Autodesk Team to drive the designated program.
    • Managing a complex, major accounts solution sale with direct engagement approach; to include managing the RFP, RFQ, Tender process.
    • Continually learning and improving selling skills. The Business Development Manager is required to attend training and certified by Autodesk.
    • Demonstrating industry knowledge.
    • Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
    • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
    • Attending and participating in sales meeting, product seminars and events.
    • Prepare reports and price quotations.
    • Defining and executing partners’ sales plans through the designated tool

Requirements:
  •  Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or IT
  • 5+ years’ sales experience in the IT industry/environment. Knowledge in IT sales preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven success in executing program, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycleMust be able to travel frequently within Malaysia
