Responsibilities:Engineer, Project Delivery (System)

- The incumbents will be responsible for the provision of technical support and services for all post-sales activities such as installations, upgrading, testing and commissioning of telephony systems with its auxiliary equipment.
- Responsible to perform on-site troubleshooting of telephone systems and/or its auxiliary equipment.
- Responsible to develop project related documents such as Design Document, Acceptance Test Document and As-Built Document.
- Responsible to work closely with the project team members for timely completion of projects.
- Conduct systems administration training.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information System/Computer Programming/Software Engineering/Telecommunication/Information Technology/Information Management System or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of system support, implementation and related field. Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in full cycle project development OR data networking (routers and switches) background is at an added advantage.
- Experience in the field of enterprise IT deployment, IP telephony, TDM PABX, IP telephony and TDM PABX system implementation and Data networking troubleshooting. Experience in Call Centre environment and application would be an added advantage.
- Candidates with Voice and Data Network background, namely in the AVAYA technology will be an added advantage.
- Required Skills(s) for System Engineers:
- OS Platforms: Microsoft Windows Servers/Solaris/Linux
- Network Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, AVAYA or MCSE
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and a fast learner.
- Well developed and effective communication skills (written, verbal & presentation).
- Methodical and demonstrates a high attention to details with problem solving and analytical skills.
- Open to travel extensively when required.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
