Test Process Engineer
(Kuala LumpurAmpang / Ulu Klang)
Responsibilities:

  • Mainly to work on process simplification and optimization to full fill customer and engineering requirement.
  • Drive productivity and yield improvement programs with operation team.
  • Analyze defects and work together with multi disciplinary team to perform RCA (root cause analysis) and CAPA effectiveness.
  • Establish, maintain and audit process flow. Perform periodical audit to ensure 100% compliance in the line.
  • Ensure the system, process and line readiness for every customer visit / audit.
  • Execute quality programs in line with department goals and objectives.
  • Review and maintain work instruction and manufacturing specification.
  • Heavily involve in documentation work and presentation to top management.
  • Coordinator of FMEA.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2 years and above experience in Process or Quality Engineering in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge in ISO9001/TS16949 requirement and 7QC tools.
  • Experience in test or post test operation and certified TS16949 auditor will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive, fast learner and good presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and drive projects/assignments to complete them in timeline given with effective execution.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, good problem solving skills and able to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced oriented environment.
  • Persistent and has passion for excellence.
