Customer Service Engineer
(Penang - Lebuh Farquhar)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical report and provide prompt update of any aftermarket quality issues.
  • Responsible for handling dealer service activities, customer complains, enquiries and feedback.
  • Solving technical problems
  • Dealer development/ field visit
  • To implement customer service plan which set by superior
  • Organize the service activities such as service campaign, dealer’s promotion support.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate /Diploma/ Degree in automotive or equivalent with more than 3 years working experience in Automotive.
  • Strong aptitude to understand and willing to learn technical aspects.
  • Good knowledge in motorcycle technical skills
  • Effective presentation skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driving license ‘D’ & ‘B’ with GDL ( Good Delivery License)
