Sales Manager (Energy Transmission)

- To maximize opportunities in the market through a properly aligned sales approach for Energy Transmission and to achieve the sales target
- To ensure that sales EBIT is achieved and maintained
- To establish, maintain and improve customer contacts and to ensure availability of market intelligence
- To ensure receipt of project information way in advance
- To ensure proper and timely bid submission
- To develop competitors price and product database
- To ensure accurate information on all projects are keyed into Customer Relationship Management system
- To ensure all decisions are taken in line with the ET procedures, signing rights and the “4 eye” principle
- To implement any special projects and assignments provided by the ET HOD
- To keep up with the new product development within Siemens
- To ensure all product orders to HQ are technically appropriate and at the right price level
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Business knowledge in Energy Transmission is an advantage
- Ability to coach and lead on tenders with sales experience
- Results oriented and customer driven
- Ability to interact with people of all levels
