Assistant Sales Manager
Duties :

  • Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing and within the limits of established hotel polices and procedures, overseas and implements all sales activities in his/her specific area of responsibility.

Requirements :
  • Possess SPM and/or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the hotel industry.
  • Possess a good network of clients with government, corporate and travel industry.
  • Possess good negotiation skills.

Chef Concierge

Duties :
  • Provide service, as well as supervision, direction and leadership for the Concierge staff in accordance with the performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts.

Requirements :
  • Possess SPM and/or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the hotel industry.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Courteous, well groomed, approachable, attentive and proactive.
