Project Manager – Information Technology
(Negeri Sembilan)
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project work plans, objectives, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Guide & provide active project tracking and result & performance analysis.
- Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
- Ensure project quality standards maintained by reviewing project deliverables
- Facilitate project meetings and provide technical and analytical guidance to project team both from the vendor side & the process owners
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems
- Provide progress report with project owners on specific milestones
- Conduct system/business process Requirement Study/research, Evaluate functional/system & workflow requirement & developing requisite materials to support application evaluation process including gathering and analyzing business, data and reporting requirements, plus documentation and specification of requirements
- Impact analysis & implement application change requests including feasibility study, development, testing and deployment.
- Develops standards, documentations & policy for application administration, support & maintenance
- Any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in managing small to large scale IT projects that have an impact on company wide business operations.
- Experience in enterprise system study, Integration feasibility and impact analysis, design, planning, UAT, training, implementation and support of business application / enterprise RDBMS is essential;
- 3 to 5 years work experience as team lead or project manager implementing ERP solution/product
- Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Must be a diligent, hardworking, self-starter, achievement driven
- Proficient in MS Project, MSSQL, Oracle 10g, Oracle P/L, Oracle Forms/Reports/Query, TOAD, Crystal Reporting, VB, Microsoft .NET, VBScript, ASP, PHP, HTML and XML will be added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Experience or knowledge of Student Life Cycle / Campus Management will be added advantage.
