Finance Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Treasury functions:
- Update daily bank available balance and reconcile tGL
- Monitor daily funds and suggest fund transfer/placement
- Negotiate FOREX hedging forward contract rate (export/import)
- Monitor due date of overseas payment and proceed with payment process
- Perform and assist in the bank reconciliations & cash flow projections
Other functions:
- Prepare relevant tax schedules
- Participate in stocktake
- Prepare relevant audit schedules
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Required skill(s): experience with ERP solutions, MS Excel, MS Word
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Aged below 35
