Teledirect provides outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. Our call centre employs around 300 telemarketers and to aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Malaysian office.

Project Manager (Team & Account Management)
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:

  • To manage the overall responsibilities in meeting the established targets of the project and to drive the team to maximize their performance
  • Conduct periodic performance review with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams on the requirements of the project
  • Working closely with peers and provide operational leadership to achieve customers’ deliverables within planned time frame
  • Initiate changes and implement quality systems to ensure gaps are identified and addressed
  • Plan manpower, finances, resources and new projects
  • Set up goals, objectives and targets for the team
  • Monitor the performance of the team and implement improvements to attain targets
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment, discipline, succession planning and policies

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, of which at least 3 years should be in a managerial capacity
  • Familiar with banking & insurance products is an advantage
  • Experience in a call centre work environment will be an added advantage
  • Must have good interpersonal skill
