Production Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Manage duty assigned by Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager.
- Lead a production team, manage workers and monitor workers’ performance.
- To be very proactive in providing solutions to performance issues using problem solving technique and analytical tools.
- Responsible for the effective distribution of jobs and to ensure that the jobs are carried out according to the daily schedule.
- To prepare daily and weekly production report.
- Ensure smooth and on time planning and execution of task assigned.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical).
- Minimum 1 – 2 years in related field.
- A team player with strong leadership to work crosses functional teams, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
