Responsibilities:LEASING EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT

- Assist in sourcing and securing tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets
- Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential retailers
- Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall
- Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing/Property Development/related field
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Experience in retail leasing, brand management, sales and/or marketing will be an added advantage
- Team-oriented, self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at a time.
