Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of all business operation standards set out by Proton
- Devise and implement assessment program to measure and grade distributor and dealer operation to meet profitability
- Provide assistance and advise to new or current dealers on business operation best practices
- Assist or advise standard operating procedures relating to dealer standards for best practice
- Assist superior in the implementation and compliance of the Proton standards
- Foster an environment of effective team work and cooperation
- Provide input from the export markets on implementation of best practice standards
- Assist superior in the implementation and compliance of the Proton standards
- Foster an environment of effective team work and cooperation
Requirements:
- Degree in Business and finance or other relevant fields
- Mnimum 2~3 years related experience
- Knowledge in automotive business operations
- Able to read and analyze financial documents
