IT ERP Executive
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Provide business application (Vehicle) and ERP  (Enterprise Resource Planning) support to all users as well as dealers.
• Analyze possibility of and create any new function as per business request.
• Responsible for AS400 system operation, ERP business processes studies, system backup, restore and report writing.
• Perform relevant validation of system and enforce compliance at all time.
• Prepare user and system documentation.
• Responsible for weekly update / analysis to IT Division Head on the summary / progress of the system.
• Other IT tasks required by IT Division Head & Director.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in AS400 environment, RPG Programming and SQL Database etc.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in ERP business process solution in various software modules such as Sales (Sales Orders, Purchase Order), Warehouse Management (Inventory, Shipping & Receiving), Accounting (AP,AR,GL) etc.
• Working experience in Automotive / Automobile or ERP vendors will be an added advantage.
• Good command both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Creative and out of the box thinker
• A fast learner and good self-starter
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
