Project Sales Engineer & Technical Support
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
- To handle technical support calls, system trouble-shooting and repair
- Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network and peripheral equipment problems; make repairs and corrections where required.
- To provide onsite support service including hardware and software installation
- To liaise and work closely with value-added partners in the region.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, strong problem solving skills and able to work independently.
- Sound knowledge in IT problem solving - diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of procedures for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing operating system, application software, hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge in electrical/electronic is an added advantage.
- Good discipline and work attitude - Ability to work with people of all level.
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Initiative, self-motivated & willingness to learn.
- Candidates must be between 20-30 years of age.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
