IT Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Bharu)
- Undertake activation activities for Global IT Innovation & Service Line activation programs
- Deliver Level 2/Level 3 support for Legacy and Heritage applications
- Deliver Legacy and Heritage projects
- Work with local vendors in delivery of application management of Legacy and Heritage Applications
- Assist with communication and resolution of Incidents for Legacy and Heritage applications
- Input to review of service and help develop action plans for these. Contribute to implementing key actions
- Work with Global & Local vendors in delivery of Global services where appropriate
- Assist with communication of status of Incidents within the country
- Adhere to governance & compliance framework
- Execute Disaster Recovery plans as appropriate
- Work with Vendors 3P in MCO/country as appropriate
- Deliver activities to best leverage IT within area of responsibility
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in IT with operational or application development responsibility
- Business Process Knowledge on Customer Development / Sales Operation
- Experience in supporting handheld terminal applications and interfaces
- Incident/Problem/Change Management
- Experience in supporting handheld terminal applications and interfaces
- Experience on managing vendors/suppliers is an added advantage
- SAP/R3 knowledge and experience is a plus
- Project management experience is another added advantage
