ACCOUNTANT

- Preparation of group consolidated financial accounts for internal and external reporting requirements
- Co-ordinate and ensure smooth implementation of Group’s accounting policies, procedures and controls.
- Involve in operational finance matters
- Identify risk areas and impose control checks for both financial and operational needs
- To establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
- To monitor and analyze subsidiaries performance, review of existing risk control processes to enhance risk management
- Liaise effectively with external and internal parties for statutory as well as operations requirements.
- Assist in group tax planning and implementation
- To ensure data integrity, timeliness and quality of the financial reporting
- Assist in corporate matters and ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years in maintaining a full set of book
- Preferably with auditing background and able to handle group accounts.
- Pro-active, resourceful, reliable, meticulous, committed with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of computerized accounting system in multi-currency environment
- Ability to multi-tasks and deliver within tight deadlines
