Responsibilities:
- Able to inspire the kitchen team to deliver top quality service & products at all times
- Monitoring food preparation in accordance to in-house procedures and restaurant standards of quality, consistency and time lines.
- Ensure all equipments, crockery and utensils are clean and kept properly.
- Set work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory; implement and modify financial and operational procedures
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other materials
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Excellent leadership and motivation skills.
- Good communication and organisational skills, service-oriented and able to work with a variety of people.
