Responsibilities:
- Responsible in organising/conduct training for Sales Manager,Sales Advisor and Customer Relation Executives.
- Responsible to conduct Balance Score Card Evaluation.
- Responsible in managing the Direct Customer Mail Survey.
- Co-ordinate, planning, organizing, control, and assurance observance of the approved standard.
- Involved in developing Company’s standard policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Fresh graduate is also considered.
- Applicants must be willing to travel and possess own transport
- Have good integrity and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous, trustworthy and responsible with interest and capability in handling multi-functional/routine tasks.
- Experience in automotive industry would be an advantage
