EXECUTIVES ACCOUNTS (SUBANG NEW VILLAGE)
(Selangor Subang New Village)
- Ensure timely and accurate batching and capturing of project cost
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly job cost statement
- Ensure timely payments of trade creditors
- Ensure timely reconciliation of inter-company/ major credits and resolution of disputes
- Ensure timely and accurate capture of project budgeted revenue and cost into JDE system
- Ensure Job Cost Module is closed on time
- Liaise with Procurement Department and Contracts Department for timely creation of new project cost code
- Assist superior in the preparation of job cost analysis reports
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or relevant disciplines
- Min 2 years experience in a corporate environment
- Able to handle full sets of accounts and proficient in computerized accounting software
- Knowledge of JDE One World System and MS Excel is a pre-requisite
- Able to converse fluently in Chinese and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team player and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Those with construction/audit exposure has an added advantage
