Analyze and identify training needs
Execute and monitor training plans and records
Execute certifications and re-certification process
Evaluate training effectiveness
Prepare training reports and presentation
Monitor training budget and HRDF claims
Conduct skill evaluations and update skill matrix
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Degree in Human Resource Development/Management/Operations or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of work related experience
Exposure in manufacturing environment
