Project Manager (ERP)
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and drive through business optimisation projects to ensure process improvements are identified and implemented into the business.
  • Business analysis and change management.
  • Liaison with process owners and customers (internal / external) to understand process requirements and customer needs.
  • Liaison with business personnel to identify and document process issues, existing procedures and potential improvements.
  • Creation of business process maps and perform value analysis.
  • Perform root cause analysis.
  • Active participation in the identification of process improvements. Engage relevant consultant, the business and system to identify and assess potential improvements.
  • Creation of project plans / status updates for management.
  • Assessment of project benefits.

Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of working experience including project management experience for ERP system (1 cycle).
  • Knowledge of six sigma tools and practices in particular process mapping and analysis would be an advantage.
  • Analytical skills and a questioning mind set is essential for this job.
  • Innovative thinking with regards to the identification of solutions.
  • Ability to liaise with employees at all levels all levels of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a good track record in recruitment and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills. Adaptable, flexible, strong communication skills both written and verbal, consensus builder, good listener, ability to work independently on multiple tasks, trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality, inclination towards strategic program development, in a role with exceptional scope for long term personal and career growth.Title will commensurate with experience.
