Responsibilities:

  • Translates client requirements into technical requirements and recommends solution. Analyse user change requests, perform technical solution, implementation, testing and deployment :
    • Participate in all processes from user requirements to application development and testing;
    • Provide technical support on the application problem, diagnostic, troubleshooting and rectification to the reported problems.
    • Team work with other peers in solving problem
    • Perform bug fixes

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply with an equivalent First Class Honours or 2nd Class Upper degree or minimum 2.8/4.0 CGPA in the IT/Software Engineering/Telecommunication/Computer Science field.
  • 1 year experience in developing and administrating web and wap portals is an advantage
  • Technical skills required: Java Technologies, SOAP, J2EE, Oracle & Linux scripting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Must be able to effectively and comfortably communicate with all types of individuals from the customer technical expert to the customer executive management.
  • Strong analytical/logical approach to systems development and support.
  • Should be willing to work long hours when the need arises
  • Able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
  • Must be able to handle third party vendors and business user
