We are a subsidiary of a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia with primary activities in the distribution of passenger and commercial vehicles. In line with our rapid business expansion in the automobile industry, we are currently seeking to employ dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to be part of our team, amongst others as:

Officer / Executive, Branch Operations Control
(Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Ipoh)
Responsibilities:

  • To conduct checking and monitoring of branches compliance with companys policy and procedures on sales operations and administration
  • Monitoring status of vehicle stocks and debts collections
  • To conduct branch visits to review compliance with policy and procedures
  • To provide value-added advice/ solution to resolve sales administrative issue
  • To conduct ad hoc tasks review and investigation whenever required

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy with minimum 1-2 years experience for Officer or 3-4 years experience for Executive. Experience in external/ internal auditing will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Good understanding of business operations control
  • Analytical, meticulous and possess initiative and good interpersonal skill
  • A team player and possess leadership qualities
  • Able to meet tight deadline and good initiatives to learn or take up challenges
  • Able to travel within short notice
