Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily/regular project/UCR update progress to management and client.
  • Juggle several projects/UCR at the same time
  • Able to perform project management
  • Perform cost tracking for projects on hand
  • Provide complete user requirements for every project/UCR assigned.
  • Working on new development (change requests) and enhancements to the existing postpaid products and applications.
  • Coordinate UCR effort and impact assessment work with developers and also third party vendors.
  • Operating within a dynamic team and fast moving Telco industry environment
  • Ability to escalate and prioritize project/UCR issues
  • Coordinate events with developers and third party vendors/partners

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in the Telecommunications Industry in similar capacity
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in software projects preferably as a team lead.
  • Preferably with some experience as Business Analyst for IT projects.
  • Technical skills and work experience in ORACLE, JAVA, MS SQL and Windows usage knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the SDLC process
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Must be able to effectively and comfortably communicate with all types of individuals from the customer technical expert to the customer executive management.
  • Strong analytical/logical approach to systems development and support.
  • Should be willing to work long hours when the need arises
  • Able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
  • Must be able to handle third party vendors
  • Some exposure to Telco Billing systems (ie. Kenan, BSCS)
  • Some exposure to handling telco devices and inventory management will help

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • English: Fluent
