Change Management Analyst
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)
Facilitate the adoption of new or improved processes and ensure that standardized methods are used for efficient handling of all changes, in order to minimize the impact of change-related incidents, and consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the organization.

  • Change Management is responsible for
  • Logging changes
  • Assessing the impact, cost, benefit, and risk of requested changes.
  • Providing approval or rejection.
  • Overseeing the change implementation
  • Monitoring and reporting the status

Create, review, approve, or disapprove planned and emergency changes daily by reading over changes for technical accuracy and impact to customers.
  • Maintain ownership of the Change groups (i.e. approve and perform additions/changes/deletions).
  • Act as contact for change custodian on any issues concerning implemented change.
  • Interacts with Operations Teams and functional leaders whenever process needs to be reviewed and/or updated.
  • Follow through any changes, which have generated incident tickets.
  • Participate in Change control meetings and forums.

Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Possess 2 - 3 years working experience in the change and release management of IT processes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, security, network, end user and server).
  • Foundational knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) reference model.
  • Exhibits a high level of initiative and integrity.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Good understanding of standard IT processes and standard IT services, preferably within a shared service delivery model.
  • Knowledge of integration and understanding of monitoring tools
