Sales Administration Officer - Contract
(Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • To print customer’s PO as per required.
  • Checking the price and SKU of PO to ensure Price and SKU are correct.
  • Submit PO to order desk for processing.
  • Follow up & gather of SPR & DN claim supporting document from customer.
  • Prepare SPR & CN claim form for submission.
  • Ensure CN is process accordingly.
  • Follow up & gather of SPR & DN claim supporting document from customer.
  • Prepare SPR & CN claim form for submission.
  • Ensure CN is process accordingly.
  • Follow up & gather of SPR & DN claim supporting document from customer.
  • Prepare SPR & CN claim form for submission.
  • Ensure CN is process accordingly.
  • To prepare monthly payment requisition report for customer.
  • Follow up pending document for collection such as POD and GRN from SCM
Prepare of pre promotion planning template.

Requirements:
  • Diploma preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience required.
  • Candidate must demonstrate good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Must possess excellent PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications. Must have superb communication skills coupled with the ability to communicate with employees at different levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work independently on several different tasks simultaneously, set priorities and ensure completion of tasks.
  • Extensive experience with international and domestic travel.
  • Scheduling appointments globally, responsible for screening correspondence including electronic mail, voicemail, reviewing prioritizing and routing and responding to inquiries as appropriate.
