SG is looking to hire a dynamic and highly motivated individual for this newly created position.

Loyalty Programme Manager
(Kuala Lumpur - Bukit Damansara)


Responsibilities:

  • B2B: Be fully involved in all aspects of client acquisition retention and development activities. Establish strong business relationships with clients centered on satisfaction and solutions.
  • B2C: Plan and execute solid strategies to improve donor retention and loyalty.
  • Supervise the retention team in overseeing the production and mailing of communication materials, including respect of timelines, monitor cost of materials, and client & third party communication.
Job Description:
  • This is a regional role covering client servicing and customer retention in a dynamic multi-cultural environment. You will need to liaise with colleagues and clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines and will need to travel occasionally.
  • You will be need rounded skills in managing a team on a daily basis, as well as a list of international clients.

Requirements:

  • Must be business savvy and have a passion for working with clients, able to be service and customer oriented.
  • Able to think independently and work without supervision. Outgoing personality with the ability to interact positively on all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, detail oriented, a problem solver with excellent presentation skills and business appearance.
  • Capable of selling opportunities and professionally dealing with senior decision-makers.
  • At least 2 years experience in managing or co-managing a team.
  • Proven competency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software).
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree OR Master's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Customer Service / Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Full-Time positions only.
