Production Printing (PP) Sales Specialist
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Main job scope is selling the high volume production printers and its workflow solutions
  • Prospect/cold call to attain new customers while maintaining and expanding services to existing clients
  • Translate feature functionality of hardware and software into customer value added benefits
  • Meet required sales activities including demonstrations and proposals
  • Manage complex sales cycles utilizing a consultative solution selling approach
  • Develop proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing and implementation plans
  • Utilize internal resources, including application engineers and technical support to effectively present Ricoh solutions to customers

Requirements:
  • Preferably a Degree in IT/Marketing/Business Studies/Computer Science. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Have a proven track record in selling with strong consultative solution selling skills
  • Selling experience in Digital Production Printers is an added advantage
  • Must be creative and capable of thinking out-of-the-box
  • Confident, with the drive to continuously prospect the market and identify new customers
  • Customer oriented, build and maintain relationships with existing customers focusing on long-term development
  • Highly self-motivated with good learning attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effectively communicates ideas, information and concepts in a variety of presentation settings
  • Enthusiastic, high achiever, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good IT knowledge
