Account Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the business development with existing and potential partners (system integrators) to penetrate our printer business into IT market, achieve sales target and market share.
  • Identify, manage and secure existing and new partners and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
  • Conduct presentation and training to partners to provide better understanding on our product capabilities and its cost effectiveness (TCO).
  • Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding promptly to partners’ enquiry, making joint customer calls, minimizing channel conflicts and acting as a liaison between partners and necessary support required form various Ricoh team members.
  • Provide management with regular updates on partner activity and the leads that partners are working on. Share with direct team members on the major account lead that partners are pursuing so that direct team members can provide support on end user side. Joint customer calls to customer may be made together with partners and direct team members and supporting staff.
  • Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 requirements and standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Computer Studies.
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in the Printer / IT / OA industry.
  • Sales experience in IT distribution and channel would be an advantage. Candidate from other industry but with relevant distribution / channel experience are welcome to apply.
  • Self motivated and hardworking.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
  • Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Team player who is able to maintain effective working relationship.
  • Able to communicate with all levels in an organization.
