District Sales Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in managing a team of sales personnel to achieve the sales budget.
  • Manage the interaction between customer and the Company in order to ensure that effective communication is taking place.
  • Assist sales personnel to develop and execute proposal to increase the influence and arrangement within a well define customer value proposition.
  • Ensure that the sales personnel pursue and close business opportunity.
  • Constantly coach, guide, motivate and monitor sales personnel in executing and communicating effectively the Company’s business strategy.
  • Responsible in disseminating relevant information to the sales team for effective sales activities.
  • Assist the sales team in conducting sales activities such as blitz canvassing, sales penetration and sales closing.
  • Responsible in the dissemination of the quality policy of the Company and being understood for implementation by all subordinates.
  • Responsible for sales personnel disciplinary and also maintain staff retention.
  • Accountable to products sales gross profits. Help sales personnel to achieve better forecast accuracy.
  • Have good knowledge to how to formulate good account Management strategic.
  • Able to cultivate team work, good business ethnic to the team and develop good sales personnel.

Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of managing sales teams.
  • Candidate with working experience in the Printer / IT / OA industry are highly preferred
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written in English.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership qualities.
  • IT literate inclination.
  • Sound business acumen.
  • Right sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
